Heartland Bike Share Reduced Cost Memberships

Heartland Bike Share's Reduced Cost Membership program launched in Spring of 2019 to expand access to bike share to those most in need of transportation and recreation. The program has three components: Community Partner Pass, Low-Income Reduced Rate Pass, & the Library Pass Program. For all program components, we work with local nonprofits and community organizations to get passes to their communities for free or at reduced rates. In 2023, our Reduced Cost Membership program riders took over 5,400 trips and used bike share for both transportation and recreation.
